Our on-line orders are processed through the Pay Pal system and you can either use any major credit/debit card, or a Pay Pal account.

The Great War is an A5, printed, 76-page magazine published bi-monthly. The subscription year runs from September to August. Each issue is published and dispatched in the first full week of the month of publication (actual publication dates are printed on the back covers of each preceding issue). The magazine is available by subscription only and is dispatched in plastic Postsafe envelopes for security and to prevent damage/tampering. We also offer a stiff cardboard envelope service - see details below.

We can arrange for Gift Subscriptions for Christmas and birthdays etc., - however, these should be ordered by phone so we can discuss the delivery arrangements with you. Where a Gift Subscription is being sent to the person ordering it, or to someone at the same address, then it can be ordered in the normal way

To renew a subscription just place your order in the normal way by making your selection below (subs, sample copies, reduced subscriptions and cardboard envelopes).

To ensure the Cardboard Envelope Service is added to your subscription order simply use the 'Add to Cart' button above. UK and Overseas prices are the same.

We offer a Sample Copy option for those wanting to see the magazine before subscribing. The sample is always the first issue (September) of the current year. We then reduce the subsequent subscription by the cost of the sample for the remaining five issues of the year.

The subsequent subscription must be made by using the panel below to ensure the reduction is given.
