When ordering from us your details are automatically
entered onto our Mail-Order, Great War or Jade Subscriber databases. Only your
name and address is kept on file. We do not sell or 'pass on' our mail-order or
subscriber lists to any third parties. For security reasons NO customer payment
details are kept on computer.
Should you not wish to order at this time, but would
like your details added to our mailing list, simply provide us with your NAME,
and FULL POSTAL ADDRESS. As books are published, mail-order customers are
notified and occasionally offered discounts. This is our way of thanking them
for their continued support.
If you would like to be removed from any of our
mailing lists please call, e-mail, fax or write to us with your name and postal
details and we will remove you. |

All trade advertising enquiries with
regard to our own magazines and periodicals should be addressed to our
dedicated advertising manager and not to members of the editorial staff. Please

We welcome enquiries from the book and
general retail trade concerning our books, products and services, as well as
from charities and similar organisations.
Trade customers are
advised to obtain our current Terms and Conditions
prior to placing an order (or asking us to stock their titles)
- these can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed on request. Customers overseas should
also ask for our shipping and mailing charges.
Trade customers who wish to be kept appraised
of our latest publications should send us their details, along with a named
person (book buyer, manager, etc.) to whom news of our new releases should be
sent. |

continued late/non-payment by some clients this company now makes a 2% interest
charge on all outstanding debts/invoices/accounts which are not paid or settled
by the clearly stated date or within the given credit period. (The charge is
levied on the outstanding daily balance.) |
